Impact of data, information and knowledge on research proposal
Research is often being done in order to achieve a proper detailed understanding about the
desired topic by which desired working process can be achieved. Knowledge is important for the
organization due to the fact that it tend to provide a proper understanding about the chosen topic
which can be act as an base line for the development of future working process.
Big data choice
Big data is the systematic approach which is used to identify the way in which data is being
achieved through large complex data. Big data is of different forms which are as following;
Structured and Unstructured are two main types in which big data is being stored by which the
process retreatment is being done (Zhu and et.al, 2018). In case of structured format data is being
stored sequential format. In case of unstructured format data is stored in unsymmetrical format.
Pros and cons of selection
Structured format-
Advantages- easy to understand and complexity in data storage is reduced because of which was
often being used in research processes.
Disadvantages- High time consumption was being established in terms of analysing the
retreating the data and because of which is not often being used.
Unstructured format-
Advantages- Data retreating time is short and because of which is often being used within
research processes.
Disadvantages- high complexity can be seen in terms of storing the data and also this cannot be
implemented in short level because of which often used in research with large data.
