INTRODUCTION
A portfolio can be defined as it is a collection of financial assets and investments tools like
stocks, bonds, commodities ,cash and equivalents. As per peoples perspective, the core of portfolio
comprised of stocks, bonds,and cash. A portfolio may contain a wide range of assets including
estate, art and private investments. For managing the portfolio in an effective manner, it is important
to diversify the portfolio. It means that not to put all the eggs in one basket. Investments can be
allocated among various financial instruments, industries and other categories, it reduces the risk
factor. In this report analysis has been done on business and HR strategy with respect to the
company. And recruitment, selection has been discussed. Research has been done on performance
and reward management.(Kashyap, R., 2016)The focus is also on the training and development,
equality and diversity policy. The study is also focused on gender pay gap reporting. The chosen
organization is AXA Life insurance company of UK. The company's focus is on that if the life's
journey taking persons further afield they are set up to help. They can help their customers to get
fast access to expert medical care, whenever and wherever they ned it- from a routine check up to a
lengthy hospital stay.
TASK1
Business and HR strategy
The company's strategy is that to build friendships and lasting connections with people in
the particular area. For starting the business in initial manner and for building the relationship start
donating to local charities, volunteer at local events, employ local people, stock local food. Their
focus is that to support different communities. Some suggestions are also there to get start includes
Healing hampers, exciting events, public improvements, coffee and company and sharing skills.
Getting involved in the community all starts with a friendly attitude and openness towards the
customers. (Cunha, and et.al., 2020)They should also be ready for taking part in any occasion so
that they can connect with more people for increasing their business. The company's strategy is that
from HR perspective is that recruiting the right kind of people at particular point of time at the right
place. The HR team mission is that promoting employee engagement, work according to the
people's perspective, facilitating the company's culture. For driving the business performance, it is
important to support and coaching should be given to line managers to deliver people solutions and
change.
