INTRODUCTION
Business environment is the group of all sort of factors that will involve the internal or external
factors as such group will involve the consumers and staffs requirements and the consumers that
are expecting in term of supply, demand etc. In context to the marketing term, marketing term
will define as the set of the skills of the company and the management to maintain the stage and
will create a good relations with consumers. Business environment is the combination of all
internal and external factors that helps in monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of the
business (Mazilescu, 2020). Tesco is taken as the base company and it specialises in selling of
groceries and merchandise retail. It was found by Jack Cohen in 1919. In context to Tesco, this
report covers SWOT analysis that is utilised by the management for determining the factors that
affects their performance and they are mentioned below -

SWOT ANALYSIS
SWOT analysis is utilised to determine the internal factors that create an impact on the functions
and operations of the management. SWOT analysis refers to the strength weakness of
opportunity threats that will help the management to determine the internal factors. Hence, there
are SWOT analysis of the Tesco that are mentioned below -
Strength – The management that has biggest grocery and merchandise retail in the
United Kingdom that will develop more set of an opportunities for the management. As
they have higher sales and income in its place of the other market sequence. As they have
very huge market segment in the market place as effectively.
Weakness – They have low term of cost plan of actions that will create an impact on their
profit boundary. The low cost plan of action that can minimise the profit margin of the
management (Ahlstrom, and et.al., 2020). As also they have poor functional presentation
in the specific market. As there are few stores in channels of the management that are not
working or executing the well in the certain State.
Opportunities – Is the joint project by developing use fortunately for the management.
The Tesco stores are failing and the joint venture deliver the market information that help
the management to enhance their presentation in such areas. Another sources of online
delivery of the food. As because of techniques and methods that are adopted in respect to
