 It is certain that positive leadership theory is determined at

 Transformational leadership is regarded as a leadership
approach which tend to stimulate positive changes in the
individuals to pursue (Aga, Noorderhaven and Vallejo 2016).
 Transformational leaders are usually dynamic, enthusiastic
as well as passionate.
 Transformational leadership further takes into account
offering support as well as encouragement to individual
followers.

 Resilience related to adaptability and elasticity tend
to have direct positive association with
transformational leadership characteristics such as

along with inspirational motivation.
