The earlier task usually focusses on the case study which is related with the Shubha who is facing the issue of negative perception for their life which may cause issue and problem in order to develop the quality of thinking and others. The report usually consists of reflection that help to provide the vision for the experience while dealing with the Shubha for their complication which is associated with the depressive thinking and demotivation which act as barrier to think productive. In addition, the reflection usually carries the experience that shared in such a way which is productive in aspect to develop behaviour of learning. For the treatment of Shubha, the psychological therapies were analysed that is productive for the development of positive perspective among the patient. providing the therapies which is based on the positive psychology usually develop a sense of motivation and encouragement which is followed for the development of quality of life and foster the personalities. While I providing the sense of development which is related with the positive psychology, it usually focuses on the development of good personalities and other essential aspect which is related with the term of learning. The positive psychology also plays vital role for me while providing the aspect for other where I used to knowns the meaning and concept of good psychology which may be helpful for the contribution of various learning and development (Miller, 2019). Withmyfundamentalexperiencewiththeconceptofpositivepsychologyhasbeen overwhelmingly enriching and I have been able to understand the meaning and their impact on the general population, moreover, it also helps me with my research finding to my own life. I had small notion of what the positive psychology was before this semester. Therefore, the learning is usually show their aspect which is based on the research studies and their course fining which help me to see and develop the positive approach for myself which contributed towards the quality of life with the nature which is helping and playing relevance for the support. While providing the care or management to a depressive patient with the help of core knowledge of positive psychology. The experience has helped me to get understanding, retain and apply the positive psychology principle which is related with the own behaviour and perspective which is associated with the course of action as well. Regarding the experience which is achieved during such session of caring will help me to keep focus on the major merit of positive psychology which is showing the most substantial effect on the own personalities which provide additional value in the attitude and attribute (Neff and et. al., 2018). I had prior experience with the concept of mindfulness, but my consistent which show the efforts with the course of practice within the placement in order to get the benefits than I had previously taking the approach of meditation and relaxation. I usually enjoy the structure and pattern of lesson which is associated with the positive psychology. In addition, it provides me proper analysis and examination of the concept of mindfulness and psychology which may take participation in the implication among the people in such a way which produce productive course of factor. This gave me motivation in order to practice and strive for more mindful living in the general aspect. With the help of positive psychology, the strength towards the well organised factor has been evolve which may place relevant approach for the remembering of thing which is functional for the growth and developing of personalities with positive ways. I am also achieving a good skill while applying the aspect of positive psychology. There are some of the component which is gather inside the positive psychology which may influence the positive environment. the component is PERMA model. I also acknowledge that the positive psychology always works as the mainstream which reflect the course of knowledge which is produce joy and happiness in the various ways which may be tiny or little space in the environment of whole sky. These all perspective are developed with the concern of positive environment which is fulfilled the aspect and prepare the person to deal with challenges and difficulties which may render the health that is associated with mental, physical and emotional (Wong, Mayer and Arslan, 2021).
