1POST ON PRESENTATION
The presentation displayed the operational strategy and process of decision making of
Woolworths. This company is one of the biggest retailers of Australia and therefore; it is
important to have knowledge of operational strategy and decision making process of the
company (Woolworths.com.au, 2019). However; the presentation lacks the depth on the
information that has provided on the operational strategy of the company. The contents on the
decision making process of the company have not been properly relevant with the
information that is actually required. However; the process design and planning and control
of the company have been rightly described in the presentation. The slide contents are rather
extremely brief and the slide notes have been displayed with detailed contents. The
discussion on quality management has not been well described. Proper evidences were not
provided due to lack of significant data. Operational strengths and weaknesses have been not
properly described (Humayun 2016). However; the presentation helped me to get a basic idea
about the business operations of the company.
The design of the slide is not so attractive because of lack of pictures and the colour
that has been used for background is not attractive and simple enough to attract the viewers.
However; the slides are clear and easier to understand for the viewers. Relevant spelling or
grammar error could not be found in the presentation and the presenter has been able to
maintain the quality of writing. With this presentation design, I have been able to understand
about the negative aspects of the colours and display that can impact a proper presentation.
