Abstract
The report summaries the importance of data
visualization which is regarded as the
representation of collected data or any relevant
information to a topic in the form of graph,
chart as well as in visual format. This support
in making an effective communicates
relationships o particular information with
pictures and images.

The term data visualization can be can be
defined as a type of technique which is related
to graphic presentation of data.. It consists
preparation of images so that relationship
among presented data can be created. The key
objective of data visualization is to
communicating effectively, efficiently
information. This technique is widely used for
those aspects in which there are large number
of data are used. Under it, different types of
analyzed financial data are used in order to
find out key findings. In the further part of
report, different types of graphs such as pie
chart, histogram, bar chart etc. are presented
that displays the outcome of different SPSS
test. Along with interpretation of these
presented tables and graphs is also done.
Basically, presentation data in the form of
graph is too crucial because by help of it users
can understand easily about variances.
CONCLUSION
In the end of report, it is concluded that data
visualization is an effective technique which is
beneficial to display a large amount of data in the
graphical form that help to ease the process of
interpretation.
Interpretation: This research aims to assist the development of a plan which can improve the way in which emails are been used by education providers.
For the fulfilment of this aim, total of 75 questions or variables are asked from 1009 education providers. From the graphical analysis of very first
variable, it has been analysed that majority of the respondents believe that emails are a impersonal way of communicating which must be improved.
Further analysis highlights that misunderstanding, misinterpretation and time wastage are the major drawbacks which are experienced by education
providers.
Interpretation: In order to effectively analyse the usage of emails, benefits of emails are also analysed through the software application of SPSS. From the
above graph, it has been interpreted that speed, reliability and ease are the major benefits due to which emails are heavily used. According to the
respondents, there are few other benefits such as time management and formal record of messages which should be improved further for the developing a
plan for the improved way of using emails.
Interpretation: For the objective of analyzing whether education providers are experiencing more benefits or
drawbacks from the usage of emails, the relationship between benefits and limitations of emails are
analysed by the way of crosstabs. From the above analysis, it has been analysed that for majority of the
respondents, they experience various limitations while using emails but these can be neglected by them due
to the benefits of emails. This provides the opportunity to even improve the way of using emails so that this
medium of communication can be promoted.
Interpretation: The above graph provides a visual representation of average daily emails which an
education provider receive. The above created pie chart presents that majority of the respondents receive
11 to 20 emails in a day. Other common email receiving range is 21 to 30 and 0 to 10. This provides the
scope of understanding that every education provider is using email so it is important to improve the way in
which emails are used.
Interpretation: As analysed from above theme, time wastage is one of the major drawbacks of emails. For this, a graph is developed above which states that
around 40% people think they do not waste any time on using emails. But the majority of 60% education providers think that theywaste their valuable time
on receiving, sending and managing the emails for which it is important to improve the way of email usage.
