INTRODUCTION
Services can be defined as an intangible act or the use for which the consumer, companies and
the government is willing for paying. This report will discuss the effective service which must be
designed for enabling the women in commencing the postnatal contraception in the immediate
post-partum period.
MAIN BODY
The services should be designed in such a way that this will help the women in the taking
the contraceptive measures. It is very important for the women to take the contraceptive
measures after the delivery and especially within the one year as this is very harmful for the child
as well as the women. So, it is necessary for providing them the facility and making them aware
about taking the contraceptive measures. The services for the women can be that the nurses of
every maternity hospital must offer the contraceptive methods to them as this will help them in
taking the services easily because there is major reason of inaccessible to these contraceptive
measures. There are many women who are not accessible to these contraceptive methods so this
service will help them to take the contraceptions after the delivery (Cooper and Cameron, 2018).
The another major reason is the unawareness of taking the contraception methods after
the delivery of the women. The nurses must make the women aware about this after the delivery
and should be informed that it is very important to take the contraceptive measures as this will
help the women in saving the life of the child as well as of herself. They should be provided the
thorough knowledge of the contraception methods, this service can be designed in the way as the
pictures of the contraception methods can be displayed as by seeing this they will definitely gain
knowledge of this (Kaydor and et.al., 2018). This type of the services when will be designed by
the hospitals will help the women in commencing the contraceptive measures after the delivery
of the women.
They must be given the effective contraceptions as the contraceptive implant, contraceptive
injection and many more. The lack of knowledge has caused the women of not taking the
contraceptive methods so the management of the hospitals can be ensured of providing the
services by designing them in the effective manner. The women taking the contraceptions will
help them in avoiding the unintended pregnancy and can be saved by the harm as giving the birth
within the one year provides much harm to the women as well as to the child.

CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that it is very important and necessary for the women
to take the contraceptive measures as this helps them in controlling the birth and eliminating the
sudden pregnancy of the women. This report has discussed the services which will help the
women to be aware of the contraception methods and can be taken at the correct time after
giving birth to the child.
