Topic: Potentials and problems of cooperation between youth welfare and schoolINTRODUCTIONCooperation is referred to an agreement which has been formed between institution and apolitical or economic circles. The school forms a partnerships with the other institutions whichfocuses on major issues such as youth welfare, school psychology and police prevention so thatstudents are provided with right social environment to grow and prosper. It has become veryimportant for form right cooperation between individuals so that right environment could beformed. The regulation of coordination between educational and social institutions stands crucialas well and should be managed by external participants or authority so that right circumstancescould be formed. It can be considered as a strategy which is helpful in strengthening relationsbetween parties and achievement of common goals is facilitated. This assessment strictly followsrelationship which has been shared between youth welfare services and educational institutionsso that a right understanding could be formed. It is an approach which attempts to improvedorganizational processes and procedures. There has been lots of problems identified whileforming a cooperation between concerned parties such as no coordination, transparency andcommunication which are to be resolved in the right manner to make best use of favorablecircumstances. The activities mainly involve collective need assessment which focuses ondesigning co-curricular activities so that students are developed in the right manner. The reasonfor being this concept is undertaken is that German education system have been identified to beless effective and there is an minimal inculcation of the social features in the education. Theconsideration will be given to social workers in school to identify the major barriers andpotential outcomes availed by student on their resolution. THESIS STATEMENTThis thesis attempts to identify the state of relations which has been shared betweensocial workers and teachers in an organization. It is an strategy on social grounds which aims toprovide holistic development. It is obvious in Program for international student assessment thatGerman schools are lacking behind than rest of the educational system most of student does notget opportunity to even score a degree in schools. There is a need for effective reforms in theseeducation system which are able to rectify problems encountered. It has been realized thateducational institution will not be able to get hold of this situation and therefore requires astrategic problem solving partner in the form of Youth welfare institutions.
