Where do I see myself in next 1-3 years?
In one to three year I see myself as manager of any multinational firm.
What would I describe as my biggest strengths?
The one of the biggest strength of mine is that I have good communication, leadership and
managerial skill. This help me to undertake my professional working effectively.
What one strength would like to focus on to meet my goals for next 1-3 years?
The one of effective strength of mine is management. It is my art of getting things done with
help of others in proficient manner.
Which technical & leadership behaviour would I want to develop that could have the
biggest impact in my current role?
In order to undertake my current role effectively, I need to develop mine technical and leadership
behaviour by improving core skills. To be competitive leader, I must develop soft leadership so
that it can plays a larger role in developing more career development opportunities. To manage
each thing in future, I need to develop mine programming skills, project management so that I
can able to undertake the things in effective and efficient manner. To be success leader and
manager in future, technical skill are abilities and knowledge that needed to perform specific task
effectively.
What do I need to learn or do differently to be more successful
In order to be successful manager and leader I need to develop time management skills so that I
can accomplished the set goals to be success manager. Each task must be given a proper deadline
so that timely result can be occurred. This will be one of the effective way to be more successful
in future.
