Powerful personal and professional development
involved making sure my understanding and
knowledge of my vicinity of expertise in my career is
usually at the best feasible stage (Allen and et.al,
2021).
 It is the acquisition of abilities and expertise for
career development, however further it consists
detail of personal development.

Interested field – Accounting
• My own interested
field is chosen as per
the given brief is
Accounting. It is the
procedure of
recording financial
transactions related
to an enterprise(Dali,
Bell and Valdes, 2021).
• The accounting method
consists of
summarizing, reading,
and reporting these
transactions to outsider
parties, regulators and
tax collection entities.

Career plan
After chosen my field
in accounting, I would
like to continue my
career as financial
analyst. I had done
graduation and post
graduation in the field
of finance from Oxford
university.

Dream job and
career plan
After completing ACCA and CIMA, I would
prefer job regarding accounting field and
want to do in Big four companies of the
world. But I would like to work in Deloitte
as a Financial Analyst.

Top skills required
• I have an experience of
three years as junior
analyst in Accenture. I
have learned many things
as a student and as a
teenager and developed
new talents and abilities,
exercised antiques ones
and while doing that I had
enjoyed it a lot.
• I created constant my
future goals and over
the past semester, I
have made plans to
acquire my aspiration
and desires

Strengths
toward goal
I believe I am perseverate, which
i think is my biggest strength.
When I take up a task, I like to
finish it however difficult it gets.

This quality has helped me interact with a
lot of people and learn from their
experiences. I also believe i am very
optimistic, which helps me in a lot of ways. I
see problems as challenges, and this gives
me a different perspective towards
them(Doufexi and Pampouri,
2022).

Weakness
I sometime get too hanged up in the
detailed version of some task so that
I am unable to see big pictures.

career goals
• . In the long term, I would like to
open my own financial consulting
firm in UK. Under given the
economic cycle, when the economy
hits bad luck after graduating
from Oxford University, so I look
for unpaid internships and
network in the meantime. So I can
continue to gain essential financial
skills and experience to prepare
yourself before opportunities
arise(Friesem and et.al, 2022).
Apart from this I wish to Improve
budget forecasting skills.
My short-term goal after
completing my master's
degree is to find a job in
financial analyst or
corporate finance and earn
an ACCA degree that will
help me become a more
competitive employee.

This goal is specific, because it helps me to
improve my budget forecasting skills and
can be measured by tracking your progress
through weekly assessments. thus will will
be a way to reach my career goals.
Take an online course or get training advice
from an experienced colleague(Osman
and Warner, 2020). This goal is important
to improve my portfolio and knowledge.
because it will helps me to be more efficient
at work and it can be timely when I schedule
it myself.

It is not be easy always to face the
undertaking of spotting and overcoming
my weakness. But it is far critical to do so
that I can domesticate achievement on my
career.

Conclusion
From my above presentation, I am concluded that
it is very good to make path for long term vision to
be well versed in advance what to take next step
in making career brighter.
