It provides better learning opportunities which develop the overall personality of an individual. This report will discuss about a particular professional field and analysis of career path. MAIN BODY Professional field of your interest. I can effectively handle the critical situations in an organisation as I know how to utilise my critical thinking skills. Organisations hire number of diversified workforce who possess different mindset and behaviour tend to indulge in conflicts due to miss understanding(Cao, 2022).My problem solving skills can help them in resolving the issues and conflicts at work place in better manner. Conflict management is one of the main positive factor which will help in becoming good human resource manager in future. I am highly familiar with the software like Microsoft office and excel which results in accuracy of operations. My communication skills will help me in conveying of important information and news among employees. I can better interact with employees regarding their day to day problems so that I can provide them alternatives and solutions for improving them. Relationship management becomes the positive factor for me as it further helps me maintaining peace and harmony at work place. I can easily retain employees by formulating policies which provides them benefits. The career in human resource profession requires individual who are confident enough to promote the teamwork and group works so that every individual can interact with each other. I can provide trainings and development sessions to employees according to the demand of business environment. This will assist organisation in maintaining skilled and knowledgeable workforce. In this manner they can accomplish their targets and goals in effective manner. The career path can be followed by inheriting the skills which further assist in getting higher position. I can effectively address the feedbacks of employees so that they feel
satisfied at work place. The staff retention can be easily increased by providing benefits to the employees. I can analyse the work environment so that policies can be developed properly which are positive for employees. The experiences can be easily gained by working in the department of human resource. All the roles and responsibilities are taken in serious manner so that they can get promotion in effective manner. Showcasing skills which are essential for the growth of an individual as a human resource manager. Identification of strengths and weaknesses which are linked to career path I have various strengths such as communication skills, decision making skills and problem solving skills. All these skills collectively assist me in becoming responsible human resource manager. In order to accomplish the goals related to human resource it is necessary to interactwith the employeeson regular basis. I can effectivelyinteractwhich eliminates challenges and issues at work place. In this manner I can improve the productivity and performance of overall workforce(Khoury, 2020). The strengths which I possess are essential for managing the employees so that organisation can achieve their goals and targets. Developed personality according to requirements add positive value in the selected career path. Sometimes I face challenges in accomplishing the deadlines of projects and tasks. This weakness becomes negative factor which may hamper the growth on professional basis. I am also unable in making strategic plans which results in creating disturbances during operations. Weaknesses should be improved in proper manner so that it does not affect the overall personality. Challenges which are faced by human resource department on regular basis are mentioned below: Compensation and benefits:Providing appropriate salaries according to the demands andrequirementsofcustomersishighlydifficulttaskforhumanresourcedepartment. Organisation have to analyse the capabilities and performance of each and every employee so that they can provide appropriate compensation to them.
