Executive summary
In the report there is a use of effective personal professional development plan which is present
and that is going to make sure that there is a clear direction which is going to be existing. It is
important to make sure that there are higher achievement which an individual must have
therefore a good planning and development plan can help in making sure that there are going to
be higher sense of functioning and operations which would be present. Report is going to consist

INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development plan (PPD) is the planning process in which process for
action plan is being developed, on the basis of awareness, values, reflection and many more.
Development of PPD plan is being done within this report, with that evaluation on the PPd
planning process is also being evaluated. Study on application PPD process to the development
is also being evaluated, also implementation of career mission statement is also being developed.
TASK 1
Define PPD
Personal and professional development (PPD) is the planning process which is often being
developed by an individual. Through which is often being developed for identifying the weak
areas and developing strategies for overcoming the weak areas which is affecting the goal
achievement capability (Albrecht, Moscardo and Dwyer, 2021).
PPD planning process
Review performance- In this step individual performance is being review through which the
areas which are making negative impact upon the working capabilities are being identified. This
is done by evaluating the individual performances through the performance which is being done.
Identification of goals for improvements- Once the individual weak areas are being identified
then arises the second stage in which the desired target is being identified, for accomplishing
which the strategies have to be developed (Serin, 2017).
Action steps for achieving the desired target- After the development of the working strategy is
being developed in which the strengths are being used in such a way that desired target can be
achieved in minimum efforts. This is important due to the fact that once efficient strategy is
being developed than on that basis action plan can also be developed accordingly (Beijaard and
Meijer, 2017).
Metric and milestones- In this stage individual performance is being evaluated on the bases of
performed operation outcome and expected outcome. This is an important because through this

in process performance can be evaluated by which appropriate changes in the working strategy
can be made accordingly (Dunn and Doolittle, 2020).
Review finalize plan- After the completion of the developed action plan final project is being
reviews, on the bases of closeness of the expected idea performance. On this basis effectiveness
of the plan is being evaluated and then appropriate changes can be made accordingly.

Strengths
 Tasks can be completed by me which is
assigned to me.

 Self evaluation factors are very strong
in me which is going to make sure that
there are right actions which are being

Weaknesses
 Appreciations are not meant for sharing
and that making me not work
effectively. Public speaker, team
working, problem solving are my
weaknesses.
 Numeracy and awareness about the
changes are also low in me which is
making the motivation factors be less
for others in the team.
Opportunities
 Be able to make sure that thinking is
strong and achievement is also going to
be higher.

because i have the right knowledge to

Threats
 Overthinking is consuming a lot of time
and that is not going to make sure that
there are right actions.

Self managed development is the performance evaluation working strategy through which the
individuals tend to self-evaluate their performance on the basis of achieved performance (Pugh
and Broome, 2020). This is done in such a way that a clear working process is being identified
such that the desired target can be achieved. Self evaluation is also important for the individuals
due to the fact that, individuals have to assure that it is able to achieve the desired target. Due to
which it has to make targetted efforts while making appropriate improvisation in the working
process through which the chances of goal achievement will be increased.
TASK 2
Reflective practice
It is important for individuals like me that I am able to identify the weak areas which is
affecting my performance. This is important for me because as being an individual which tend to
accomplish its professional and personal targets, I have to identify the weak areas within my
performance. Once, I am able to identify the weak areas then on that basis I can make targetted
efforts by which I can increase the chances of goal achievement. But this is not as easy as it is
being said because in order to accomplish my professional target I have to perform several
activities. Within short span of time due to which I have to make several efforts by which I can
acquire new skills and talents. Therefore, in order to guarantee my personal and professional
performance I have to acquire new skills and visual learning is often being used by me for
increasing my knowledge base. Visual learning is an efficient way and in the present time in
which through the utilization of technological advantages, I can acquire desired video lecture
through live video streaming platforms. This also becomes significant for me in taking my
learning knowledge by analysing the activities which are being done in my surrounding.
My efficient learning through visuals was also being used in my performance within the
team. This is highly beneficial for me because an individual tend to accomplish its professional
target. I have to improvise my working process in such a way that I am able to represent this in
my professional performance. This is important because as being an individual working within
the industry I often have to work within the team. Due to which it is very important that my
communication skills are improved. Therefore, in order to achieve this I have to identify the
specific set of skills sets which I require to accomplish a target.

As being an individual I have to ensure that I am able to increase my engagement in
improving my problem-solving skills, through which I can ensure that I am able to achieve the
desired target within a short span of time. This improvised problem solving skill will empower
me to implement work improvisation in my working process in such a way that I am able to
enhance the quality of the outcome of a desired target. This is important as organizations often
tend to implement changes in their working process through which tend to ensure that it is able
to new and rare products to the customers. Due to which as being an individual profession I have
to make sure that I am able to make appropriate changes in my working process. Through this
approach I can ensure that I am able to improve my performance within the desired job profile.
I also have to make sure that I am able to improve my communication skills. Through
which I will be able to showcase my creative thinking process and problem-solving ideas to
others. By this step I can ensure that my leadership skills are also improved. This is important for
me due to the fact that as being an individual working within the company I have to assure that I
am able to influence other employee's to collaborate their working process with each other.
Through which effort I can guarantee that I am able to showcase my thinking and problem-
solving skills for the organizational goal achievement.
Within, my professional performance I have to make sure that I am able to maintain my
same level of performance as being an individual working within the team. This is important for
due to the fact that within my professional career I may have to provide my services by working
as an active team member. Due to which I have to identify new ways through which I can assure
that I am able to identify new ways by which the team is able to achieve its desired target. Thus,
for achieving this I have to make sure that my monitoring skills are also being improved by
which I can assure that the team is able to make concentrated efforts for the accomplishment of
the desired target.
CONCLUSION
From the above analysis it can be concluded that individuals have to develop working strategy in
such a way that it is able to identify the weak areas which it is having. Then on that bases tend to
develop working strategy accordingly, through which targetted actions can be made for the
achievement of desired personal and professional targets.
