INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development plan (PPD) is the planning process in which process for
action plan is being developed, on the basis of awareness, values, reflection and many more.
Development of PPD plan is being done within this report, with that evaluation on the PPd
planning process is also being evaluated. Study on application PPD process to the development
is also being evaluated, also implementation of career mission statement is also being developed.
TASK 1
Define PPD
Personal and professional development (PPD) is the planning process which is often being
developed by an individual. Through which is often being developed for identifying the weak
areas and developing strategies for overcoming the weak areas which is affecting the goal
achievement capability (Albrecht, Moscardo and Dwyer, 2021).
PPD planning process
Review performance- In this step individual performance is being review through which the
areas which are making negative impact upon the working capabilities are being identified. This
is done by evaluating the individual performances through the performance which is being done.
Identification of goals for improvements- Once the individual weak areas are being identified
then arises the second stage in which the desired target is being identified, for accomplishing
which the strategies have to be developed (Serin, 2017).
Action steps for achieving the desired target- After the development of the working strategy is
being developed in which the strengths are being used in such a way that desired target can be
achieved in minimum efforts. This is important due to the fact that once efficient strategy is
being developed than on that basis action plan can also be developed accordingly (Beijaard and

Define PPD

It is important for individuals like me that I am able to identify the weak areas which is
affecting my performance. This is important for me because as being an individual which tend to
accomplish its professional and personal targets, I have to identify the weak areas within my
performance. Once, I am able to identify the weak areas then on that basis I can make targetted
efforts by which I can increase the chances of goal achievement. But this is not as easy as it is
being said because in order to accomplish my professional target I have to perform several
activities. Within short span of time due to which I have to make several efforts by which I can
acquire new skills and talents. Therefore, in order to guarantee my personal and professional
performance I have to acquire new skills and visual learning is often being used by me for
increasing my knowledge base. Visual learning is an efficient way and in the present time in
which through the utilization of technological advantages, I can acquire desired video lecture
through live video streaming platforms. This also becomes significant for me in taking my
learning knowledge by analysing the activities which are being done in my surrounding.
My efficient learning through visuals was also being used in my performance within the
team. This is highly beneficial for me because an individual tend to accomplish its professional
target. I have to improvise my working process in such a way that I am able to represent this in
my professional performance. This is important because as being an individual working within
the industry I often have to work within the team. Due to which it is very important that my
communication skills are improved. Therefore, in order to achieve this I have to identify the

As being an individual I have to ensure that I am able to increase my engagement in
improving my problem-solving skills, through which I can ensure that I am able to achieve the
desired target within a short span of time. This improvised problem solving skill will empower
me to implement work improvisation in my working process in such a way that I am able to
enhance the quality of the outcome of a desired target. This is important as organizations often
tend to implement changes in their working process through which tend to ensure that it is able
to new and rare products to the customers. Due to which as being an individual profession I have
