INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development aims towards managing individual self learning and
growth throughout carer. Self-improvement or development plays an essential rule for an
individual that allows them to continue to learn and develop their knowledge skills and
capabilities in order to continue their work effectively, safely and legally (Pugh and Broome,
2020). With the help of undertaking use of personal and professional development individuals
can enhance their current level of skill and can maximize time at great extent. It will allow them
to gain new experience and skills through which they can assure more progress in their career.
Present report has been conducted on self personal and professional development for which
SWOT analysis, personal and professional development plan (PDP), Continuous Personal and
Professional Development (CPPD) is being included in this report.

Professional development is a long lasting cycle that goes on as the individual develops with age,
their outlooks changes according to the existence circumstances they face and according to their
readiness to learn and improve as a person (Howar and EddyImishue, 2020). It is a route for
individuals to effectively evaluate their abilities and characteristics, consider their points
throughout everyday life and set objectives to acknowledge and boost their latent capacity. A
portion of the case of trustworthiness, flexibility, inspiration, critical thinking, and analytical
skills. In addition to this, it has been underlined that professional development is an on going
preparing and training of people concerning their vocation and future objective accomplishment.
The objective of expert advancement is to stay up with the latest and talented enough to play out
their relegated obligations and assignments (Akrivou, Scalzo and Orón, 2020). Additionally, it
has been evaluated that professional development empower in keeping individuals redesigned on
