Challenges faced in PPD There are some benefits of learning and career development at workplace will stop on the other hand there are also some challenges which I have to face while developing my personal and professional development. These become a hurdle in my life to achieve my personal and professional goals (Cirocki and Farrell,2017). Although in the previous, but even more frequently, I doubted staff's decision-making methods, this has evolved into a willingness to achieve a holistic understanding of the workplace. For the past three years, one of the most critical aspects of my education has been understanding how we think and treat ourselves and others. In order to meet needs in demand of the business environment and for demonstrating ability for engaging in advanced management, it is important for me to continuously enhance my learning and knowledge (Figland, and et.al, 2019). Overcoming objections to knowing others out of fear of disproving our own ideas about ourselves and the universe are major obstacles that I must always be aware of. Negative perceptions in this area have led to a negative perception of the workplace, however, as I previously said, the effects of a more engaging perspective have been invaluable to my job and personal well-being. I have good and effective communication skills which have provided me the improvement of all contact and ability for acknowledging the present practise. It has also provided me the way to enhance my learning skills. I have few weaknesses which include assertiveness in interpersonal skill which is difficult for me to manage work as a HR manager.
