skill audit, which will aid them in analyzing their strengths and weaknesses. Individuals create a
personal development plan after analyzing their weaknesses, which assists them in effectively
overcoming their weaknesses. This report is broken down into four sections: a skills assessment,
a personal development plan, a work-based project (short, medium, and long-term goals), and a
reflection. All of this will contribute to an individual's improved growth as well as the efficient
conduct of activities connected to a brighter future.

give proof of current or increasing expertise. Furthermore, skill audit is linked to need analysis,
which simply implies identifying any training or personal development requirements. In simple
terms, a talent audit and a need analysis both have two sides, namely, what an individual has and
what they require. Additionally, doing an initial skill audit and requirements analysis is a
reflective activity that should be updated on a regular basis.
I am working in hospitality Sector Company and join the organization during my
University course to enhance my skills and experience in the organization. After I had completed
one year my manager and courage my leadership and management I have followed in the
organization and achieve a success by the joining the department as a junior manager in the
company. In order to analyze the requirements of various skills I have conduct a SWOT analysis
which helps me to identify my strength weakness opportunities and threats that are available in
in my career in order to enhance my personal as well as professional growth (Gurung, Gurung,
and Wannasri, 2020). The explanation of SWOT analysis has been developed on the basis of my
own skills and experience that has been provided below:

have more critical thinking employees so that they can be able to analyze data in effective
manner (Mashroofa, 2021). I have also decided to develop my critical thinking skills which will
help me in my personal development and decision making. It will also help me and my job in the
hospitality sector organization and will help me to achieve success to become a human resource
manager in an organization.
Adaptability: In order to work in a professional career and individual is required to manage and
adjust their workflow due dates and their approach towards their jobs. There are several new
skills which we are required to learn during their job and in order to adapt all these skills it is
essential for an individual to be adaptable. Although I already have adaptability skills but I need
to more enhance my skills in order to achieve success in my personal as well as professional
career. I need to be more adaptable for the changes that can arrows in my career life and also
maintain a positive attitude towards the change and get the work done with that change.
Leadership: Leadership skills refers to the ability of an individual to supervise and manager
team and also includes an ability in an individual to lead and manage a project with the help of
teamwork and accomplished the share goals with the team. There are so many skills that are
required to enhance leadership skills such as problem solving skills communication skills
relationship building skills and many more. Some of my skills that have developed with the help
of continuous professional and personal development plan and my career are related to the
enhancement of my leadership skills but I have also required to work hard to achieve success in
development of my leadership skills (Gallagher, 2021).
CONCLUSION
Following the report, it has been concluded that for an individual to acquire greater future
possibilities, it is critical to develop the areas in which they are poor. In this regard, the first step
is to conduct a skill audit, since this will enable an individual to better recognize their own
strengths and weaknesses. Following this analysis, a personal development plan will be created
to help in the improvement of weak areas in order to effectively acquire better future
possibilities. Individuals will also be able to identify their short, medium, and long-term goals
via personal growth. However, in a nutshell, it is critical for an individual to enhance the areas in
which they are poor since this would assist them acquire better future possibilities.
