1. INTRODUCTION
Reflective practice tend to engage the practitioners in a particular continuous cycle
of observing themselves as well as evaluate themselves for the purpose of
understanding their actions along with the reactions that they prompt in the
learners and themselves (Rymes 2015).
The reflective practice among graduates help them in critically analyzing their
actions, this aims in improving their professional practice (Barnhart and van 2015).
They tend to assume their perspectives of a particular external observers for
identifying assumptions as well as feelings that underlies their practices. The two
learning outcomes that had been identified are the importance of proper knowledge
within the members and the importance of diversity practices within the project.

particular project and it
failed in meeting the
demands of the clients,
when we tried to sort out
the reason, we were
unable to do so because
we did not record the
lessons learnt and hence
we could not understand
where the loophole exists.
Lessons learnt were to be
gathered by every member
who is working on a
specific project. This
included project manager.
Project manager is also
responsible for monitoring
if the lessons gathering
process is done after every
stage of project.
