1. INTRODUCTION
Reflective practice is referred to as a process that is used to reflect particular one’s response to
keep him or her-self engaged to the assigned job roles and responsibility. In other words the
reflective learning is a continuous learning approach that much used by the project management
professionals. This process includes both the theoretical and practical prcatices required to take
every day project management actions.
Being enrolled as a student of PPMP20008, I have realized that, reflective practice is essential
for the graduate students also to keep them-selves engaged to their study materials. This way of
study improves the work prcatices of each student by allowing them to measure their own
experienced gained throughout the learning session. The process is helpful to increase self
confidence as well.
During the learning session I have learned two lessons 1) Importance of communication skill
and 2) importance of leadership skill and feel that both the lessons will help me in coming future
and practical practices. If any one of these prcatices is missed then it will hamper the expected
project outcomes.
