1. INTRODUCTION
The process of reflection involves analysing, evaluating as well as describing a person’s own
thought, beliefs, perceptions, assumptions. Reflective learning explains the concept of studying
a person’s own experience in order to improve the way they act and work (Beech, McGill and
Brockbank 2017). It has been noticed that, the process of reflective practice helps to improve a
person’s personality as well as personality by increasing the confidence and also make the
person proactive. Moreover, reflective practice is mostly adopted by the leaders for self-
improvement and self-assessment (Stewart 2014). Furthermore, the process of reflective
practice enhances the process of understanding, learning and teaching along with this, the
process plays a vital role in the professional development of the teachers. In addition to that, the
process of reflective practice can be classified as one of the major tool in the practice based
professional learning, where unlike a formal learning and knowledge transferring method, the
person learns from his/her own experience (Bierwolf 2017). With the introduction and
implementation of proper learning method, the issues occurring during the reflective practice
process can be minimized.
According to me, a master’s degree in the project management can help the student to learn
many things in the course work of PPMP20008.
The important two lessons learnt that has given emphasis in the discussed paper are the
valuable support and proper motivation from the leaders and supervisors in the information
collection process.
