1. INTRODUCTION
The process of reflective practice is referred to as a life cycle approach that is
used for self observation. Throughout the course of PPMO20008 the students are
required to conduct self assessment to make sure that, they have learnt all the
necessary elements. It is realized that if self assessment is conducted
successfully then learners will be able to improve their professional practices.
Both external and internal assessment will help the learners to learn details of the
course work. Reflective or self assessment practice helps to improve the self
confidence of the learners. In addition to this, the learners will also be able to
identify the hidden assumptions successfully.
For the graduate students the reflective practice is very helpful. It helps the
learners to identify their strength and weaknesses an also help to increase their
self confidence. The activities served by the learners will become more effective
than previous. Being enrolled in the Masters of Project management course I can
say that after successful completion of the project I would be able to learn many
professional activities that are needed to successfully accomplish any project.
The two different lessons those I have learnt from the PPMP20008 course are -1)
