1. INTRODUCTION
Reflective learning is a process of learning that must be used by the leaders for
self assessment ad self improvement. It has been realized that, if the self
assessment is done professionally then the issues that may interrupt ones future
in the project management field can be completely resolved. During the learning
session different issues may also be faced by the learners those can also be
minimized easily with the implementation of proper learning. The skill, knowledge
and confidence level of all the learners increase a lot with the application of this
process.
I think that, a Master’s in project management student will be able to learn a lot
from the PPMO20008 course work.
The two lessons learnt that are identified in this paper are- Effective support from
the leader and appropriate motivation from the supervisor while gathering and
collecting information

6. CONCLUSION
From the above lesson learnt I have realized that leadership, motivation, team engagement are the
basics required for successfully implementing any real time project. If any of the factors are found
to be missed then the entire process of lessons will fail to meet the objectives and goals of the
project.
