1. INTRODUCTION Reflective learning is a process of learning that must be used by the leaders for self assessment ad self improvement. It has been realized that, if the self assessment is done professionally then the issues that may interrupt ones future in the project management field can be completely resolved. During the learning session different issues may also be faced by the learners those can also be minimized easily with the implementation of proper learning. The skill, knowledge and confidence level of all the learners increase a lot with the application of this process. I think that, a Master’s in project management student will be able to learn a lot from the PPMO20008 course work. During the lesson learnt session I have realized that our coach or the supervisor is very supportive and throughout the learning session he was keep on supporting us effectively to keep ourselves motivated The leaders and supporters were motivating us throughout. Therefore, this situation made me feel very happy during the exam session and also after that.
