1. INTRODUCTION It can be said that reflective learning is a great process for growing self confidence and to become a much proactive and professional qualified. The process of reflective cycle is comprises of six different situations such as description: what was happened, feelings, evaluation, analysis and respective action plan. The reflective practice is helpful for the PPMP20008 (masters of project management) graduate students because the processes motivates the learners and help them to grow their confidence as well. It helps to merge the theoretical and practical practices all together. I am a student of master project management and I feel that PPMP20008 course will teach me the way that I should follow being a project management professional. Throughout the project learning session the two lessons those have been learned and I have discussed in the report are- importance of resource allocation in projects and importance of quality management for project success. 2 LESSONS LEARNT: FRAMEWORK 2.1 How I planned to gather and document lessons learnt When… I planned to identify and collect lessons learnt Who… I planned to involve in the process of gathering lessons How… I planned to document lessons I planned to identify and collect lesson learnt throughout the course session of PPMP20008 I planned to involve my other class mates and tutor as well in the process of gathering lessons I planned to document lesson in the form of a computerized report.
