1. INTRODUCTION
It can be said that reflective learning is a great process for growing self confidence and to
become a much proactive and professional qualified. The process of reflective cycle is
comprises of six different situations such as description: what was happened, feelings,
evaluation, analysis and respective action plan.
The reflective practice is helpful for the PPMP20008 (masters of project management) graduate
students because the processes motivates the learners and help them to grow their confidence
as well. It helps to merge the theoretical and practical practices all together. I am a student of
master project management and I feel that PPMP20008 course will teach me the way that I
should follow being a project management professional.
Throughout the project learning session the two lessons those have been learned and I have
discussed in the report are- importance of resource allocation in projects and importance of
quality management for project success.
