Slide 1The assignment presents reflection of the practices and the situations that were faced oradopted by us while the completing the activities associated with Course PPMP20008.Thereflection can be defined as the process which enables us to look into our actions closely andanalyse them. The good actions can be improved and the strategies can be designed andadopted for actions that did not go well. This helps in the improvement of our performancesand personality traits [ CITATION Bop11 \l 1033 ]. It is rightly said that “We do not learnthrough experiences, we learn from the reflection of the experiences”. The presentationincludes the situations faced by me during the completion of this course and provides thereflection for them. It also helped me design the strategies that I can adopt to improve myperformance next time so that those mistakes do not get committed again. Slide 2This picture gives an account of the process of reflection. As it can be seen in the picture, there are two types of reflection- one is reflection In action and the other is reflection Onaction. The reflection in action includes reflecting on an action as something happens. Forthis, first the situation needs to be considered and the actions that are needed for its remedyneed to be taken on an immediate basis. The Reflection On action includes the process ofreflecting after something happens. For this, first the situation needs to be re-considered andthe things that need to be changed in future need to be determined [ CITATION Cam18 \l1033 ]. Slide 3Initially before joining the course, I planned to collect and identify the lessons learnt y theend of second third and fourth week respectively. I thought the professors and lecturers,

colleagues and guest faculties will be involved in the process of gathering lessons. I plannedthat I will document the lessons using the following means-Maintaining lessons learnt logs Using formal templates MentoringCoachingReflective journalsSlide 4Actually, I identified and collected most of the lessons learnt throughout the life cycle of theproject; but specifically by the end of 11th and 12th week. The process of gathering lessonsactually involved a lot of people including stakeholders of the companies we conducted theprojects for, sponsors, leaders, the professors and lecturers, colleagues and guest faculties andmany others. The following methods were implemented for documenting the lessons- Audits and health checksReflective journaling and Mentoring / Coaching Preparing lessons reportUsing categorization aids – POTI diagram, Fishbone diagram etc. Using formal templates- surveys, lessons learnt log and checklists;Meetings and Facilitated workshopsSlide 5When I reflect on my actual lessons learnt process, I feel that I lacked in preparation of acorrect schedule or structure of learning and in proper documentation or capturing of notes
