Introduction
• PPMP20008 is a initiation and project panning course that I have
taken as my learning module for this particular course study.
• After going through the details of this module I have realized that,
from the successful learning of this course I will be able to gain lots
ideas regarding project management and its application in the real
world.
• I have learned that there are many project management
approaches available in the competitive market ad based on the
background of the project the project owners should choose the
most suitable project management approach.
• Again the chosen project management approach should be
followed throughout by the project manager throughout the life
cycle.

While studying the project management
course I thought that the project level
learning are completed. However,
during application I felt that, all the
practical learning are not effective
enough
I feel that I do not have enough
knowledge regarding the resource
management and cost management
plan. Resource and cost management
can not be done without proper
knowledge on earned value analysis.

During the course there
was a part which was
comprises of Microsoft
project file application. In
order to design the
project plan I had to use
the Microsoft project I
was unable to
understand the details of
this application
During that situation I
became very much
frustrated and confused
at the same time
because I was unable to
understand that whether
I will be able to apply the
MS project appropriately.
From that situation I
have learnt that, while
leaning something no
one should give up or
feel hopeless. Rather
people should keep on
trying to keep on learning
under the guidance of
their supervisors.

Conclusion
• From the overall discussion I have learned that,
the learning a course is not enough rather
people should learn any course in such a way so
that they can apply the ideas in the practical field
of application. I have faced many challenges
during the development of an project
management assignment but with professional
guidance of the supervisor I have managed
those difficult situation also.
