Project management ensures the successful
completion of a project and the outcome

In my experience, the project management

I plan my daily schedule, breakdown
complex tasks into simpler forms and then
make a priority list based on the urgency of
those tasks. As I follow a systematic
approach, therefore my method of

I always change my daily schedule to tackle
unprecedented events in my daily life.

I used to attend my violin class after the
school hours. However, I had to start taking
extra maths lessons. Therefore, changed my
schedule fit school, extra maths class and
violin all within the same day.

describe a
“System”, “Program
and “Project”?
 A system is the method followed for
a project.
 A program is the management of
several projects at the same time to
achieve the organization’s goals and
objectives.
 A project is an undertaking that is
planned and executed by a project
team.
From my experience, I have seen the system
is the set of methodologies that are
followed in a project. A project is planned
execution of a group of activities and a
program is a collection of such projects.

I have experienced a failed project.

I started to build a kennel for my dog.
However, the design and the measurements
were not right. Therefore, I went back to
the planning phase and redesigned the
