What is change
management
The week 10 is all about the change
management approach that are needed to be
incorporated in any business organization
with the changing requirements f the
consumers.
After analysing the total size and
complexity of the project the project
manager should identify and allocated
resources for different activities.

How do you ensure
you have the right
number of
resources for the
project?
With resource management techniques and
tools the project manager can identity that
whether the number of resources are
appropriate for the project activities or not.
I have learned that for reducing the work
pressure for the project team members a
large project is divided in small segments.
For each of those segmented activities the
identified resources should be allocated.
If proper resources (human, physical) are
not identified then the entire project may
be a failure. In order to allocate project
resources the steps those are to be
followed include:

Yes, there were many phases in my life when I
required changing myself.
Initially I was not that much interactive and
cooperative in nature. However, once when I
became a class monitor I need to change
myself from the introvert personality to a
extrovert one as I had to interact with all my
classmates.
