What is change
management?
Change management is defined as one of the
systematic approach that generally helps in
dealing with number of transitions or
transformations for achieving the goals,
process as well as technologies of the
organization. It is identified that the main
purpose of the change management is to
properly implement the strategies that
generally helps in affecting changes as well as
assists in controlling change in order to adapt
the changes. It is identified that such
strategies must include proper structured
procedure in order to request a change for
responding requests. It is identified that
change management process must take
appropriate considerations for reflecting the
adjustments as well as replacements for

I have learnt there are number of change

Once in my school days when I was provided
with an assignment, I experienced the need
for the change within the project so that the
project can be properly up to the standard as
per the new things that I have learnt.
In order to handle the changes within the
project, I made points that I need to change
according to those points I make changes
within the project so that the changes can be
easily managed.
This is mainly done so that the project that is
have made will include proper quality and
must able to provide proper learning
outcomes.

successfully handle the difficulties that I

From this portfolio, the significance of change management within the project is generally analyzed. It is identified that change management
approaches are very much needed for the business organizations in order to achieve success. There are number of changes that are generally needed by
the project manager for making the necessary changes within the entire business organizations. The processes that are generally needed to be incorporated
within the business organizations generally include appropriate planning, proper definition of project governance, assigning roles to the project leaders as
well as keeping the entire stakeholders of the project within a single loop. It is found that with the changing time, it is necessary to change the demands as

well as requirements of the project consumers. The project managers are the person who are generally responsible of allocating proper roles as well as
responsibilities as per the needs within the entire project. It is found that depending on the skills, experience as well as knowledge of the team members of
the project, the project managers make sure that the resources that are generally allocated within the project are proper. Proper skills as well as knowledge
tests are generally needed to be arranged by the human resource manager of the organization for making sure that the team members who are hired
within the project have knowledge as well as experience for working within the entire project. Furthermore, it is identified that changes happen within the
project due to number of reasons including change in stakeholders mind, changes within the project regulations as well as if there is changes within the
sponsorship of the entire project. In addition to this, I have analyzed in order to handle to situations where changes occur it is very much necessary to
