What is change
management?
Change management is defined as one of the
systematic approach that generally helps in
dealing with number of transitions or
transformations for achieving the goals,
process as well as technologies of the
organization. It is identified that the main
purpose of the change management is to
properly implement the strategies that
generally helps in affecting changes as well as
assists in controlling change in order to adapt
the changes. It is identified that such
strategies must include proper structured
procedure in order to request a change for
responding requests. It is identified that
change management process must take
appropriate considerations for reflecting the
adjustments as well as replacements for
impacting system as well as processes.
I have learnt there are number of change
management practices that are needed to
be followed by the project managers in
order to make the changes that are needed
within the various business organization.

resources for the project are generally
allocated it is quite important to undertake

I have learnt that not only during hiring but
also after hiring the individuals who will be
