Project Failures
I had learnt about the beneficial aspects of
the project management and this was
about the identification of the aspects
those might lead the project to the failure.
I learnt the major concern of the project
failures emphasizing on the delivery of
the project. This week was helpful in
understanding how important can be the
project constraints including the cost,
benefits, and schedule of the project. I
had a personal experience of failing in
my exams and the biggest factor for me
at that time was the time. I had no time
left for the management of rest of the
chapters as I had already wasted much
time earlier. I was also get to know
about the various methodologies that are
available in the books and research
papers. However, it can be stated that
