Continuous improvement is referred to as a
process set that are used in a iterative way by
both personnel and business organizations to
gain effective success and competitive
advantages as well. It is mandatory to utilize all
necessary factors for gaining continuous growth.
There are certain principles those are required
to be maintained for continuous improvement.
With changing time period the need for
improvement keeps on changing and according
to the identified changes the improvement can
brought to also. The term improvement must
not have any certain boundary. Thus,
improvement should keep on adopting in a
continuous manner.
The principles those are considered for the
continuous improvement are as follows:
The improvements should brought based
upon the small changes and never on the
major paradigm shifting or any new
inventions
The ideas on innovative changes should be
brought by the employees who are working
in the business organization

In my own life in phase of growth I have realized
to gain improvement. The continuous support
from the teachers, friends and family end always
help me to gain continuous success. Initially, I
did not have enough knowledge regarding the
project management but with the class courses I
have get to know more about the project
management and I am confident about its
application in the practical field also. I think that
in order to gain continuous improvement the
major steps that I have to follows include:
In each phase of life, the requirements are
keeps in changing. In order to keep balance
in consistency in life is very much
necessary. This is the one thing on which
