negotiation can take part at any time. Different type of the negotiation method
that are used is the formal and informal. Conflict is what the differences of the
view of the two or more people. There are several conflict management method
like competing, collaborating, avoiding, accommodating and compromising.

will be harmed. If in the organization there is some conflict between two or
more then the productivity will hamper as both will try to apply their work in the
project which will result nothing in the productivity. The relationship with the
stake holders must be maintained in order to gain the benefits from the stake
holders for the organization. A goof relation with the key stake holders will help
the company in long term.

The consequences of the delay of the project can see the client forcing more to
the developer and the quality may be considered. If the project disrupted then it
will take longer to again build. If the plans change frequently then developer
may face several problems. Liquidated warranty may not be cover by the
company in the case of the damage. Contract entitlements must be clear unless
the employees will not be aware of the project. Arbitration in the project must

The conflict in the project management is inevitable. Conflict comes when
different people from the different area works in the same place. To solve the
conflict between the individuals the project management must include some
tools. The several tools that can be evaluate is accommodating the people who
create the conflict, avoiding the conflict, collaborate with the conflict, one must
compromise to mitigate the conflict, competition among the conflict creators
will also remove the confliction.
