highly essential in negotiating projects of this nature in order to
effectively manage risks. Project 1 needs high level and practical
technical skills in order to know what to ask during the negotiations
Project Management KSAE: One needs to have technical skills inn
project mangement in order to effectively plan, manage risks, make the
right decisions at te righ time, manage stakholders, budget effectively,
and control quality and scope in order to meet the software project
objectives and deliverables: further, one will be working with teas in
