The negotiation is one an aspect which is needed to be considered by the
management so as to carry out the work in a significant and an appropriate
manner. A project will be considering several technologies which are needed to
be focused as this is one channel or tool to make communication and to manage
the stakeholders. This is the strategy that is been utilised and planned to
develop the English-channel, this is basically used and introduced to meet the
set standards and to meet the objectives. Different methods theories and
models have been utilised which could be able to develop an effective strategy
and can also help in resolving the conflicts and issues (Kerzner, 2013).
Conflict is another major issue that is been faced by the people in the
project/process, therefore the management will have t use the best and
effective technique to overcome and to resolve the challenges and conflicts.
Compromising or bargaining might be the best option or suitable technique that
can be utilised by the management. Stakeholders are the key players in any of
the project, they are responsible for making all the strategies and effective
plans. The success factor of the project somewhere very much relies on the
contribution of stakeholders of the firm. the employees, management, investors
all are the major stakeholders of the project (Wikipedia, 2017).

problems and the issues (Alfredson & Cungu, 2008). The biggest issues are the
mismatch and different thought process of the people. There is a situation when
for reaching to one common goal different opinions and thoughts are there
which will create a problem in carrying out the entire project. There is a great
need for management, this is the foremost things which has to be considered
and noticed so that conflict and misunderstanding will be get reduced. There are
various things that will be used to manage the problems and one of the most
important things that have to be taken in consideration is to make the
