work so that proper relationship can be developed such the problems can be
avoided.
In addition to this, it is analyzed by me that the framework of collaboration
helps in developing impact on the entire concept that is associated with
commercial negotiation. It is identified that proper collaboration with the
members are required in order to achieve the goals and objectives which are
related with the project. Moreover, it is identified that negotiation of various
types of divergent positions with the joint ventures such that the they are
helpful in resolving the problems and assists in gaining proper advantage.
Furthermore, I have analyzed that the concept that is associated with co-
learning helps in developing proper role in creating appropriate output which
are mainly related with the commercial negotiation concept.
I have analyzed that different people holds different perspectives and thus the
perspectives of an individual generally vary with another individual and can
create hindrance within the concept of commercial negotiation. On the other
hand, the concept which is associated with social capital is generally considered
as one of the significant critiqued which assists in developing appropriate
attention and different types of inequalities thus, it generally helps in creating
huge impact on the entire commercial negotiation concept.

identified that commercial conflict helps in elaborating different types of conflict
which mainly takes place within the organizations with proper situations when a
particular person is generally involved with the project work.
I have found that the main reason behind the occurrence of the commercial
conflict is improper management, improper treatment as well as improper
communication within the project team.
I have also found that the conflict related with the commercial project can be
resolved properly with the help of appropriate strategies and methods. It is
identified that utilization of proper procedures and policies are quite helpful in
resolving as well as managing the conflict that is generally related with the
workplace.
