engagement, project negotiation and conflict management. I was part of a
project related to the construction of a bridge and it helped me to assess the
different technologies that are involved in making a project. I also researched
about this topic and came to a research article on the case studies of various
project management systems. The Chunel project helped me to understand and
evaluate the various methods that are utilized in maintain a project cycle.

This assessment helped me to assess the consequences of project delays and
helped me to evaluate the process by which claims are made for contract
arbitrations, entitlements and variations. I understood that the delays result in
a lot of issues for several project sites. Negative effects such as contract
termination, contractors, loss of productivity and increased costs were
investigated and evaluated.
