After reading the report of ASA, I was familiar with several new aspects. Smith
chapters is a great piece of work where the effect of all the terminologies over
key areas are demonstrated. After reading the book my knowledge of key area
and processes are increased. I am also hoping to use those application in future.

There are several process based on sound policy to increase organization
revenue. There are certain aspects to consider when utilizing the policy to
gather details such as environment and activities. However I do not have any
practical knowledge of major processes that are based on sound policy.
