INTRODUCTION
Social media and digital marketing is significantly playing essential role in organisation
marketing strategy that allows them to enhance their visibility and brand awareness in a market
segment (Al Abbas, 2021). These platforms are cost and time effective that facilitate
organisation to influence large base of consumer’s attention. It also provides business
organisation a significant opportunity to connect with that consumers on regular basis and
enhance their loyalty, trust and satisfaction level. In this report discussion has been conducted on
role of social media and digital marketing.

Explain what marketing is
Marketing is done as an activity that a company conduct with an aim to promote their
products and services in marketplace. Marketing is playing essential role that help organisation
to attract large base of consumers towards their band. This process includes creating,
communication, exchange and delivery of services and goods to consumers. Main motive behind
this is to enhanced sales, profitability and value. This process include act of buying and selling in
which organisation under take advantage of different type of marketing techniques and tools in
order to influence mindset of consumers.
Explain what the marketing mix is and where the communications mix fits
4P's of marketing is basically termed as models that allow company to maximize
components of their marketing mix along with the manner in which they introduce new product
or service within market place. 4 P's of marketing facilitate organisation to effectively find their
marketing option by focusing upon 4 aspects such as price, promotion, place and products that
allow companies to emphasize upon needs and demands of consumers. In terms with 7 P's of
marketing mix it includes elements like price, place, physical evidence, promotion, process and
people. With the help of these elements company can take advantage of effective marketing tool
and can further implement the same in their marketing plan. This will allow company to enhance
their sales as well as profitability. It has been evaluated that communication mix in crucial tools
through which company can ensure effective communication with consumers. It basically
includes advertising, social media, direct marketing, product packing, exhibition events, website
