INTRODUCTION
Digital marketing refers to the use of internet, mobile devices, social media platform,
search engine and other channels to reach to the customers and give them information about the
product and services. In Morden scenario it is important for every organisation to make

report Vodafone plc. Is selected which is British owned multinational telecommunication
company headquartered in London, United Kingdom.

It refers to all the activities company takes in order to promote and sells its products in
the market. The main motive of the marketing is to understand and fulfil all the demands and
expectations of the customers in order to provide them better satisfaction level. It also helps the
businesses to increase the level of profit and income. There are various functions of the
marketing that help the organisation to introduce and sell its product and services in the market.
Effective marketing helps company to gain competitive advantages and have information about
the competitors marketing strategies.

Marketing mix is set of tools that company use with the purpose of the introducing its
products and services to the target customers of the firm. It refers to the set of 7PS that is
