INTRODUCTION
Digital marketing refers to a marketing tool that uses technology such as the Internet
and computers, desktops, smartphones, iPhones, and digital media platforms to help promote
the company's goods & services. Marketing with social media is considering place in
everyone's life, as well as present without social media, digital marketing is impossible. The
characteristics of digital marketing as well as social media are highly between people and
businesses (Charlesworth, 2020). The major focus of present report is to understand different
digital marketing practices and explaining the concepts of marketing adequately. The
marketing mix & communications mix will also be presented in this report. Furthermore, the
significance of digital marketing and social media marketing will also be discussed in the
relation of contemporary firms. In addition, the report analysis the content of social media &
provides screenshots concerned to marketing activities. This report also discusses the
effectiveness of social media.

As stated by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), “Marketing is a management
procedure that is responsible for identifying, predicting and fulfilling customer needs, as well
as deriving greater benefits from it.” As stated by to Philip Kotler, “Marketing Seen as
science and art, used to develop, implement, explore, and provide highest value to meet
customers' unmet profit needs. Marketing helps to evaluate the target area is most suitable for
the company to furnish its goods and services." Basic Above, the concept of marketing
determines the specific tasks that determine the purchase, sale, promotion & delivery of
appropriate products as well as services of the company so which they could obtain greater
profits in a proper way (Herhausen and et. al., 2020). This is a continuous process that is
conducive to effectively satisfying customer needs and requirements, so that businesses could
make certain modifications accordingly.
An explanation of what the marketing mix is & where the communications mix fits
In relation to achieve greater growth in marketing, the company must follow the
marketing 4Ps of product, price, location and promotion. All such Ps act as strategic
frameworks that enable a specific item line to have an appropriate pricing policy and be used
