Learning experience
There has to be good learning experience which must be present in me so that there are
right approaches which can be used accordingly and that coaching can get its best outcome. In
learning experience there has to be good interactions which takes place and in those aspects there
is going to be a good functioning and performance which is going to be present. Interactions
according to me is going to help in making sure that knowledge and information is being passed
on in the right form and the doubts are being cleared as well which is going to make the
standards of the coach be higher (Cai, Hwang and Robison, 2019).
Good communication and experience of the right skills is very important so that there are
right actions which are being taken and that is going to be a great factor. When the mentor is
having the best experience to know what has to be done only then they would be able to make
sure that there are right outcomes as well which are being passed on by me. Experience is
making the comfort zone of the learners be higher because there is a different kind of confidence
which is present in making sure that there are right functioning which is taking place.
Theory informs coaching approach
Democratic coaching is a very effective theory which mentors or coaches use so that
there is going to be involvement of all the learners who are present so that the objectives are
being matched. Democratic method is making sure that learners are present in the learning
process and making sure that there are right information which is being passed on from my end
(Coutts, 2020). Approaches make the mentoring be able to take place in one direction which is
making the satisfaction of the mentor and the learners be higher which is a great factor for the
overall working and performance.
Vision of the coach has to be same through out so that there is right working and
functioning which is going to be present. Coaching principles have to be followed essentially so
that the outcomes are going to be as expected which is going to be a great factor for the overall
working. Mentors have to be passing on the right information which is good communication
which has to be present. As a mentor i make sure that there is good comfort ability which is
present from both the sides so that the learning is going to take place effectively and efficiently.

Self-awareness on approach
It is very essential for the coach to have the right self awareness so that the learners
would be able to get the best from the mentor. Mentor has to make sure that they know
themselves well which is going to help in further guidance which is being provided. Critical
thinking and decision making processing is also going to be higher which is present. Listening
skills and more self control from the mentors side is going to be good for the overall
performance of the individuals which is a great factor (Babadjanova, Eshonkulova and
Shodiyeva, 2020). Empathy is present in the coaches and making the leadership ability be higher
in me which is going to be present which is going to make sure that there is going to make the
self awareness of me be better.
Sense of motivation, emotions, feelings, etc. is going to be stable in making the learners
be able to get the best from the mentor which is the end goal. As a coach i make sure that i am
taking the right actions from time to time and good improvement is also done in me in making
the processing be better so that there is going to be higher understanding and working which is
present. Creativity and ability to change habits which is going to be present from the mentors
side which is going to make sure that there are going to be good improvement in the learners as
well (Revathi, 2019).
Effective coaching practice
Effective coaches practices are many which is going to make sure that the coaches are
being able to bring out the best in them. Student achievement is the main focus which i have for
the students which makes me be able to give the best from my side as well. I teach and coach the
learners according to their capabilities which is making sure that there are right actions and
improvement which is being present (Bajwa and Mehdiratta, 2020). Building respectful
environment is also very essential in making sure that the learners are respecting the information
and the knowledge which is being passed on so that there are higher outcomes and improvement
which is going to be highly effective.
There are step by step methods and strategies which are set by me to be able to have a
good sense of direction and right behaviour towards making sure that there are right effective
measures which are being taken by me so that there is going to be better outcomes. Honest and

humble relationship must be built by the coach in order to make sure that there are right working
and effectiveness which is present for having a long run and achieve the goals and aims i have as
a coach.
Coaching strengths
The strengths which is getting me be able to have higher benefits as a coach is that i have
clear communication skills, enthusiastic in work and supportive as well which is going to be a
great factor. Observant and knowledgeable are another two factors which is present in me and
those are my strengths which is going to make sure that i am being able to give my best. Focused
and trusting are another two most important strengths i have as a coach which is going to make
sure that there are right actions and improvement which are taking place from time to time.
As a coach my strengths is that there is right patience and respectful working which is
going to be present and that is a very important factor for me to have. While making sure that the
information which is being passed on is right i have to make sure that the students are with me
and i can repeat myself many times (Jeffords and Gellers, 2017). I am very goal oriented person
which is going to make sure that there are right actions and improvement which are being done
in me from time to time.
Coaching limitations
I fail in understand the priorities which is one of my major drawbacks as a coach which is
present. I follow my aims and objectives very seriously which is a great factor but i have to make
sure that there are right actions and improvement which are being done in me as well. I am not
very flexible when it comes to changes and they take time when they have to be implemented.
My doubts are very confusing for other mentors as well therefore i do not have the right idea and
could pass on wrong information to the learners as well which is why i take a lot of time clearing
my doubts.
As a coach there are a lot of limitations which are present for me which is lack of trust in
the learners which is why i repeat myself all the time which makes the time consuming for the
topic be higher. lack of experience is also present which is not a good factor for a long run
(Prasad and et.al., 2020). Beliefs and leaders have to make sure that they are being able to

achieve their goals but my goals is around the students and i evaluate myself on this factor which
is a very important factor. Resources for examples are limited and explaining with examples is
very essential for me as a coach since i feel that the learners learn faster from this process.
Reflective practice
There has to be good reading and asking questions on the topics which are important so
that there is going to be higher outcomes and improvement which can take place. emotions have
to be well controlled as well so that there is going to be lesser negativity which is going to be
faced and that is good for the overall working (Babor and et.al., 2017). Exploring the right
working and experience which has to be present so that the actions are going to be according to it
which is going to make sure that there are right measures which are being taken.
There has to be good planning and description of the factors which are important so that
the improvement is going to be higher. Actions have to be well addressed in making sure that
there is going to be good reflective practices which are going to be present. Good reflective
practices have to be used in making sure that there are right working and efficiency which is
going to be present (Moser and Korstjens, 2017). Continuous learning is present for the coaches
as well which has to be done so that the outcomes are going to be better.
