INTRODUCTION
Learning experience is regarded to be one of the probable approach where people get to
understand and incorporate certain policy that are a part of bringing about good outcomes. The
learning experience is also associated with good interactions which is necessary in performing
the functionalities and also the performance is oriented by the interaction accordingly. The report
emphasizes upon the right skills that are important to be taken care about such that every factor
that is a part of learning experience will be gratified in the weight will have to be. The entire
report brings both the ideologies as well as the concept that will contribute for learning
experience.
MAIN BODY
Learning experience
There has to be good learning experience which must be present in me so that there are
right approaches which can be used accordingly and that coaching can get its best outcome. In
learning experience there has to be good interactions which takes place and in those aspects there
is going to be a good functioning and performance which is going to be present. Interactions
according to me is going to help in making sure that knowledge and information is being passed
on in the right form and the doubts are being cleared as well which is going to make the
standards of the coach be higher (Cai, Hwang and Robison, 2019).
Framework
In this regard the learning model that is being adopted by Morgan mccall and his fellow Pioneer
is 70:20:10 learning model. This learning framework will constitute your definite set of
possibilities where it will also bring about that that challenging assignments in this regard will be
of 70%. The Other 20% will revolve around developmental relationships and 10% will be the
force work and training (Bajwa and Mehdiratta, 2020). This has incorporated and is also one of
the strategy that will bring about an ideal balance which is necessary for training employees.
This is one of the important model that has brought about flexibility and fast productivity with
