The topics include in respective report are explanation as well as implementation of CCI (Claim, Concern and Issues) model which help respective company in improving their market value by increasing skills of staffs. TASK 1 Which tool has been selected and why? At the workplace there are several tools and techniques which a company may adopt for determining issues which directly or indirectly impact on their business operations and functions. so it is essential for a company to determining issues in proper way accordingly which development of strategies and plan can be done successfully. In respect of CSL Limited which is conducting its business operations and functions at the healthcare industry are facing issues related to lack of skilled employees(Ashour, 2020). Due to this issues them not able to provide quality healthcare,biotechnology and pharmaceuticalservicesas well as productsto the customers which directly impact on their performance at the marketplace. Moreover due to this their goodwill as well as market value get decreased which leads to minimization in the respective company sales, profitability ratio and market shares. So in order to understand as well as resolve issues a company may adopt several model of practice development as that will help management in taking decision in effective as well as 3
appropriate manner according to the situation. In respect of CSL Limited they may also adopt different models for the development and issues analysis such as CCI (claims, concerns and issues), Wadula workbook and many others.
