Q1: Summarise in your own
words what key issues are
causing unhappiness amongst
the staff members at LTR.
Make sure you give details

LTR is an organization which face issue due to COVID-
19 pandemic,their employee not able to communicate
with each and thus they face many issue during the time
of operate their business. They don't have sufficient
business capital and equipment for connect with each
other.
Q2: Identify the different
teams present within LTR and
what different communication
and collaboration
systems/platforms they
currently use.
LTR in this organization 4 department has been
established in order to manage and run business
operations in effective manner. Theses are define below:
Finance team: mostly Excel spreadsheets, Sage One
Accounting specialized software, and Word documents.
Employees on the facility management staff used Office
AMP to conduct their activities; this is a cloud-based
device that aids in the completion of tasks.
Customer support personnel: They fix issues with
residents using simple documents and excel spreadsheets.
Employees on the Supported Housing team use laptops to
capture important data for the company. Office365 is used
by person coaches.
