INTRODUCTION
Pre placement assessment is conducted with purpose to evaluate the right individual for right
position. With the help of this organisation can effectively ensure that prospective person can

effectively conduct their roles and responsibility for which they are applying for. It is the most
important element of on boarding process through which company can engage in the careful
selection of employees with the systematic plan (Silvia, Priyadi and Dwimawanti, 2020). Present
report has been conducted on continuous professional development which is mainly used to
enhance capabilities. With the help of this one can continuously make self competent towards a
profession and develop themselves in a personal and professional manner. Development plan
facilitate an individual to effectively maintain and enhance their skill and knowledge in order to
deliver a professional service with great effectiveness. Along with this it helps them to
understand skills that are required by them in order to accomplish future goals. Present report
include continuous professional development plan in which significant skills are included that
required for professional life. Alone with this reflection is also being conducted in this report.

Continuing professional development is a continuous process through which an individual
can determine the skills and knowledge required by them in order to accomplish a certain
objective. With the help of this they can effectively assure higher growth and can further
improve professional skills in an effective manner (Pilbery, Young and Hodge, 2020). It
improves personal employability and keeps them up to dated for skills that are required in certain
role an in industry. With the help of this they can significantly keep themselves aware with the
significant changes in industry and undertake skills and competence in order maintain
enthusiasm for their career. Continuing professional development aid an individual to effectively
ensure that they can enhance and maintain the skills and knowledge that are required by them to
deliver a professional service to client, community or customers in a well defined and effective
manner (Pudiastuti and Nugroho, 2020). With the help of this they can make themselves
adaptable towards changing directions and trends in their profession. Mentioned below there are
some certain skills on knowledge that are required to be developed in order to become more
effective in workplace. With the help of the skills I can effectively coach, manage, lead, guide
and influence other individual in a well defined and effective manner this will enhance efficiency

Team work:
Teamwork is one of the most important aspects of employability skill which is constantly
required by organisation in every sector in order to create best workplace for employees. In order
to fulfil organisation mission with competence it is essential for an entity to have collaborative
team members with proficient team working skills through which roles and responsibilities can
be conducted in effective manner with the collaboration and cooperation of individuals. In
addition to this it has been identified that team working effectively enhances capability of
organisation to accomplish their shared objective and goals with higher efficiency. It is essential
for each and every individual in any department to have this skill as it enhances their competence
in a respective industry in a well defined and effective manner. With the help of having team
working skill one can makes significant increase in their personal and professional aspect. With
the assistance the of team working skills I can collaborate with other professionals from different
departments in order to create value for entire company. It has been identified that it is important
for an individual to have efficient team working skill as it is required by all the organisation of
any size and scope, it not only increases probability to conduct roles and responsibility with more
effectiveness but also enhance knowledge and skill as in this team members can learn from each
other. Thus according to the formation analysis it has been identified that team working play
most important area of continuing professional development as it allow individual to perform
their work with collaboration and cooperation with other individuals. It will help them to build
relationship with others in a professional manner through which higher productivity can be
assured.
Time Management:
Time management is vital skills that are required by all the organisations from an
employer of any department or field as efficiency of time management skill facilitate to
accomplish organisational goals and visions with more effectiveness and in a proper time frame.
It has been determined that, any delay will cause heavy losses to firm, thus it is essential for
individual to have proficiency in time management skills in order to fulfil their daily basis
activities in a proper time manner. With the help of time management skills individual can
increase their efficiency to perform task and activities in respected period of time. In addition to
this time management also facilitate an individual to prioritise task and devise a systematic plan
through which all activities can be accomplished with higher efficiency in given time period.
