Abstract
The value of research on complication of pregnancy is depended highly on the successful
pregnancy. The report will reviews the plan of strategies which can assist a pregnant women to
stay safe in their pregnancy period. Discussion includes the proper knowledge of issues faced by
a women in their pregnancy time. The main aim behind the selection of this topics is that it will
create awareness in the mind of general pubic regarding the consequences of early pregnancy.
Various measures are their which can be adopted by girls in order to reduce the harmful effect of
period faced by them during pregnancy period. Early pregnancy has the direct impact on the
health of an individual.
Introduction
In today's scenario, women across the world faces various negative health issues during
their pregnancy period. Both mother and fetus health can experienced multiple health issues in
ongoing pregnancy period. Moreover, it has been examined that those women who are healthy
before the pregnancy stage have to deal with various complications. Due to this, pregnancy is a
very risky process in life of the life of women. Some women have health problem that occurs
during the pregnancy. Whereas on the other hand, women's who have health problem can make a
saviour impact on their child. Furthermore, it is very important for an individual women to take
proper and appropriate health care treatment before and after pregnancy to avoid major negative
issues (How and et.al, 2020).

women's.

ï‚· To identify the complications faced by women due to early pregnancy.
ï‚· To evaluate the impact on women's health occur after the early pregnancy.
ï‚· Various strategies and precautions which can help the pregnant women to reduce
the risk of issues arises in pregnancy.
Rational for the Research
The main reason behind this research is to create awareness in the mind of women across
the world regarding the health complication they can face during pregnancy time. This report is

been conducting in order to identify various type of protection measures which can be used to
decrease the level of risk during pregnancy. Through this research i am able to get the various
information regarding the pregnancy complications and solution which can decrease the negative
effect. It can also help the researcher to increase the data collecting skill by conducting survey in
their region. The main aim behind this research is to make pregnancy period healthy, preventing
and controlling complications which can help the general public to reduce the poor pregnancy
outcome. In case of United kingdom, approximately 6 million pregnancies are done in a single
year. It can increase the knowledge and understanding of health sector which can help me in
various ways. By this research it can solve numerous issue or complications arises during the
pregnancy. It is very important to create awareness of pregnancy in the mind women in order to
stay healthy and protective from any kind of bad disease. It is very necessary for developing the
knowledge across the world as it will decrease the ratio of risk factor occurs during the
pregnancy. By this it can help a women to identify the bad feeling before and during the
pregnancy period. The researcher believes that the change of hormones is occurred because of
the fluctuation in emotional change. Those women's who are pregnant can face various issues
such as moodiness and headache ( Taylor-Cousar and Jain, 2021).
Methods
Market research is a systematic procedure which helps an researcher to get the
knowledge of their target audience. Furthermore, market research are divided into two parts
Primary and secondary research. In primary research the researcher conduct a research by
themselves. In this kind of research the researcher directly involve to their sources such as
potential or new audience in their target region. It is a very time consuming procedure for an
researcher to get the information of their target audience. On the other hand, secondary research
is kind of research that has been done in past and the researcher used that old gather or collected
information for their research. It is easy as compare to primary research because a researcher can
get the data from various ways such as online, written and many other sources which they can
utilize in their study. Moreover, secondary research is been selected in this report which helps an
researcher to get the knowledge of pregnant women's which have taken the part in the survey
conducted by any other researcher in past. Secondary type of research method is much more
valuable or used because it take less amount of time and money as compare to primary research

sensitive period of an individual life. A women can face various issues such as gestational
diabetes, pre-eclampsia, high blood pressure, infections and various other health issues. The
process of pregnancy is different for every single women. Sometime the women who have good
health condition in the initial month but they can face critical illness in future. Bleeding is one of
the most common issue in which they can feel little amount of blood will flow out of their body
during the first trimester (Little and Mount, 2018). This is because in the early stage this is a
indication of that the fertilized embryo has constituted in their uterus. Breast tenderness is also a
common problem faced by the women across the world in which they can feel pain in their
breast in the initial stage of pregnancy. Because of the change in hormonal changes in which the
milk is started to produce in their breast in order to feed their baby. In the starting stage of
pregnancy a women can feel the problem of discharge in which milky white discharge named as
luekorrhea which is release from their vagina. Fatigue is also a serious issues because the body
of women is working hard to give a initial support to a growing baby. Because of this an
individual will easily get tired as compare to the life before pregnancy. Food like and dislike is
the issue faced by a women when they are pregnant. According to a survey more than 60% of
pregnant women have food craving. Mood swings is also a complication which occurs in a
women's life when they're in the stage of pregnancy. Enhancement of fatigue and changing
hormones can lead them in a emotional roller coaster in which their mood can change within a
minute or second.
According to Weinstein, 2020 , a women should make sure that they take advice from
their doctor about their health problem which they are experiencing. Due to this it is very easy
for them to successfully deals with the health problems. In addition, some pain relief medicine
are very harmful if a women consume in their pregnancy period. Moreover, it is very harmful to
stop consuming regular medication in result it can build a risk of new disease in an individual
life. Moreover, if health problem are under control and a women get proper parental care then
they are likely to have a normal or healthy baby. Pregnancy has numerous number of symptoms
and complications which are very harmful for an individual life. Moreover, in some cases it is
very difficult for a pregnant women where they cant determine their situation that is they are
normal or not. Both mother and baby can badly effect from any physical and mental health. This

kind of issues can be increase after being pregnant. A lady should be ready to face all of this
issues and stay attentive to resolve that problem as soon as possible because it can highly effect
the life of the upcoming baby. Their are many ways through which they can manage problems
that occurs during pregnancy. Pregnant women should conduct a routine check-up which can
help them to stay healthy. Anaemia is also a crucial issue in which there is lower blood cells
present in body as compare to normal count which is present in a normal human being. Change
in sleep, reduction in energy, low and sad mood and low amount of interest in fun activities.
During pregnancy various infection occur which can negatively effect the health of baby. If
mother is suffering from common cold which can directly effect the child.
In the view of J clin Med, 2017, a women always wanted to have healthy pregnancy in
order to get the healthy baby. Moreover, various complications can be faced by the women in
pregnancy which is related to their personal health. Their are various strategies or ways which
can help an individual to stay safe from the issues. A women should follow a routine of OB-
GYN in the entire period of their pregnancy because it will assist their physician to examine and
keep the control on the heart rate of unborn baby. It will also help them to mange the overall
growth and health of the baby. In addition, if a pregnant women attend all the appointments high
risk pregnancy specialist on time it will decrease the risk of any illness by detecting them on a
beginning stage. Food is very crucial element which can help a pregnant lady to stay safe from
the disease which can occur due to bad food (Fogerty, 2018).

Pregnancy is one of the most cherished time period experienced by a women in their
entire life. In this they try to give a birth of a new baby. Hence, it is a very difficult process
which can completely change the life of a women. As it is a very risky process a women has to
face various issues in their pregnancy which can highly impact their physical and mental health.
A pregnant women has face various mental and physical problems while being in a pregnancy
period. Various issues such as bleeding, fatigue and many other issues which can highly impact
their ongoing life spam. The harmful issues can badly impact the health of unborn baby.

overcame the bad issue which they can face while being in a period of pregnancy. A women
should timely visit their doctors for routine check-up of their own health and child health
