During the pregnancy, high level of leads get the difficulties in taking care of their health and
foetus as well and causes miscarriage, stillbirth, low birth weight and even premature delivery
due to lack of care and knowledge about the pregnancy precautions and safety measures. This
kind of promotions focus on reducing the differences in current health status and enable the
women to be aware and concerned about their health and their well-being during the pregnancy
period (Overdijkink, Velu & et.al., (2018). During the pregnancy, it is important for women to
have the proper knowledge and information about the care, nutrients, encouragement,
medications from where they can ensure the safety of themselves and foetus as well.

themselves as well as foetus. In this pregnancy health promotion brochure, it does not consider
any biasses and discrimination among the cast, culture and religion and providing the knowledge
about the pregnant women health and well-being including aboriginals and Torres strait Islander
people and delivering the adequate information to the women and pregnant ladies as well.

Being a midwife, the brochure will be spread through pamphlets and digital platforms from
where the information can be spread to maximum number of women and can be able to maintain
a good healthy lifestyle in pregnancy and can safe their foetus or baby as well.
