Preparation of Dal Makhani
Step 1: Boiling
Description- firstly keeps the dal soaked in water for at least two hours. It can be soaked
overnight. By taking the water in pressure cooker, boil the dal with ginger garlic paste as well

Step 3: Garnishing
Description: at this point, the dal is ready to serve. It is better to serve it with the coriander

Preparation of Rice biryani
Step 1: first wash and soak the rice for about 20 minute.
Step 2: heat the oil in a pressure cooker. Also, add some cloves, star anise, bay leaf, Jeera.
Step 3: add ¾ cups of onion until it get golden
Step 4: add about a teaspoon of garlic paste.
Step 5: add some yogurt and tomatoes in order to prevent it from burning.
Step 6: add half teaspoon of little turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander, mint, salt and 1
teaspoon of Biryani powder. Cook until the tomato become mushy and oil started to separate.
Step 7: Add three cup of the water and bring it for boiling.
Step 8: Add the drained rice and mix them well. Assure it to cook on the medium flame.
Cover the pressure with lid.
Step 9: when the rice is prepared. Open the lid and fluff up (Swasthi, 2018).
Preparation of Kheer
Step 1: boil the milk and rice in a deep pan
Step 2: simmer over the low flame by stirring it occasionally until the milk become thick and
rice is cooked.
Step 3: add the sugar and stir it until it dissolved properly.
Step 4: Transfer it into the serving dish and garnish it with almonds.
Step 5: serve it hot (NDTV, 2019).
Preparation of Palak Paneer
Step 1: boil the spinach in a pressure cooker as well as grind it in order to make the palak
paneer.

Step 2: heat the oil in a pan and fry the curbs of paneer until it get golden brown.
Step 3: remove the paneer cubes and put some cumin when it spits. After it, ass some bay
leaf.
Step 4: when it starts crackling, add some onion and garlic paste. Cook it until it gets the
color pinkish-brown.
Step 5: Add garam masala, coriander powder. Stir it in order to mix it well.
Step 6: now add the paste of tomato and fry it in the medium flame.
Step 7: Add some sauté and spinach for 2-3 minutes.
Step 8: Now add the paneer cubes to the mix and turn around for some time in order to
completely mix it with the palak gravy.
Step 9: at the end, pore some cream and serve hot.
