There are various professional bodies that operate in order to support the organizations and have them maintain a code of conduct in the organization in order to resolve the conflicts and reduce the probability of their occurrence in future. The report consists of a CPD plan that portrays area of learning, reflection of learning, its future implication and action plan that will lead to development in the organization (Gunderson, 2021). PART A INTRODUCTION OF THE ISSUE THAT HAS BEEN CHOSEN The concept of the "Corporate Social Responsibility" has ended up being applicable to all levels that it has earned its own acronym in company circles which is popularly known as CSR. The term, states that an agency ought to be responsible to a network, in addition to shareholders, for its actions and operations. When an organization adopts a CSR policy, it goals to illustrate a intention of upholding moral values, in addition to respecting human beings, corporations and the environment.
