The report focuses on explaining the issues that affect the productivity and
performance of an organization. The report highlights the strategies that can help in resolving
the issues in the organization. There are various professional bodies that operate in order to
support the organizations and have them maintain a code of conduct in the organization in
order to resolve the conflicts and reduce the probability of their occurrence in future. The
report consists of a CPD plan that portrays area of learning, reflection of learning, its future
implication and action plan that will lead to development in the organization (Gunderson,
2021).

The concept of the "Corporate Social Responsibility" has ended up being applicable
to all levels that it has earned its own acronym in company circles which is popularly known
as CSR. The term, states that an agency ought to be responsible to a network, in addition to
shareholders, for its actions and operations. When an organization adopts a CSR policy, it
goals to illustrate a intention of upholding moral values, in addition to respecting human
beings, corporations and the environment. The corporation undertakes to show its compliance

Positive impact-
