INTRODUCTION
A profession or a job, done by an individual, is their career over a long period of their
life. A professional job is a career that requires significant amount of training, practice and
education. These individuals are known as professionals. Mace Group Ltd, renowned as Mace, is
both a construction as well as a consultancy firm(Chang and Daly, 2019). In this report, there is
an overview of the chosen organisation, i.e., Mace along with the roles and responsibilities of the
stakeholders. Further, moral and ethical responsibility of the organisation, importance of
leardership and governance in the organisation, importance of professional bodies, codes of
coduct, atleast one professional body that positively influences the organisation and professional
standards are also being discussed.

As said above, Mace is a consultancy and construction firm, established in London,
United Kingdom. The company was founded in 1990 and have been incredibily successful. Mace
is an expert which help people in shaping the built environment and has expanded all over the
world.
Stakeholders are described as the people who have stake or interest in the
organisation(Fletcher Jr, Warren and Hernández-Gantes, 2018). Employees, investors, suppliers,
customers, etc., are different stakeholders having some specific stake within the organisation.
There are various roles and responsibilities of the stakeholders towards the organisation. Hence
some of the roles played by stakeholders of Mace are discussed below:
Investment – It is the prime duty of the stakeholders to invest in the organisation or bring
money within the organisation. Stakeholders are generally the prime investors of the
organisation and their decision to withraw or deposit money depends on the organisation's
financial status. Hence Mace's stakeholders must ask for finacial reports to determine the
financial performance of the company. Further the market conditions may be made
favourable by them by modifing their investment in the organisation.

obligation. Like every organisation, Mace has its own moral and ethical responsibilities and
some are discussed below:
Honesty – Executives of the organization should be honest towards the organization as
well as to their clients. Honesty is the prime ethical responsibility of the organization and
its employees. Now-a-days honesty is rare and fraud is everywhere. So it is the
responsibiility of the organisation not to break the trust of their clients. Mace tries to fulfil
