Advantages
Main power of Indeed lies in its aggregated database (Dada, Kana and Abdullahi, 2018).
It helps in eliminating need to visit dozens of sites by streamlining job search process.
Disadvantages
It is not a comfortable site to be used and it does not offer much additional resources or it
can be said that it simply offers search engine for job listing.

It is a leading employment portal where professionals can look for right candidate and

Advantages
It is quite functional and can block your resume for certain companies. If one wants to
search for job without letting their employer know that you are on job hunt it is perfect place to
find job.
Disadvantages
One of the main disadvantages of Monster is presence of spam and redundancy.
