INTRODUCTION
Academic skill is defined as having the ability to achieve the best level
of efficiency in academic journey. This essay is a reflective summary over
the individual growth and development as a learner. Henceforth, project will
emphasis over demonstration of the individual growth as a learner. Different
areas that could cherish the growth at an individual level would demonstrate
in this project. Furthermore, this project will emphasis on the reflective
summary in respect to future challenge and experience at university.

Developed as learning in module
The entire module could develop different areas as a learner. This
module could project different areas or practices where the professional or
an academic must be keen. The experience in this module was learning as it
could allow to understand the importance and significance of skills and
personality in order to gain the best level of proficiency. Module could teach
about the skills like communication skill, decision-making ability, motivation
ability, delegation skill and many such different areas that can allow as a
learner to gain the best level of work proficiency (Holloway, 2017). The
entire module was totally a learning experience that could guide about skills
and efficiency an individual required in order to achieve the best level of
work efficiency. Among all other skills' communication skill is one major
learning entire module could deliver. The major reason behind learning in
this module was the way tutor engaging all the time with students and all the
participants of the learning module. Tutors was also keen to solve all the
doubts and issues of the learner. IN case of learning to solve doubts is the
best thing tutor can do along with giving the best level of guidance as a
tutor. If the professionals do not solve doubts of learner than the entire
essence of the module becomes nil. Being a learner in the module it is
important to show the enthusiast towards the learning and also to interact
with the tutor over a regular basis than only as a learner maximum level of
outcomes and advantages can be entertained out of the learning campaign.
