INTRODUCTION
Academic skill is defined as having the ability to achieve the best level
of efficiency in academic journey. This essay is a reflective summary over
the individual growth and development as a learner. Henceforth, project will
emphasis over demonstration of the individual growth as a learner. Different
areas that could cherish the growth at an individual level would demonstrate
in this project. Furthermore, this project will emphasis on the reflective
summary in respect to future challenge and experience at university.
MAIN BODY
Developed as learning in module
The entire module could develop different areas as a learner. This
module could project different areas or practices where the professional or
an academic must be keen. The experience in this module was learning as it
could allow to understand the importance and significance of skills and
personality in order to gain the best level of proficiency. Module could teach
about the skills like communication skill, decision-making ability, motivation
ability, delegation skill and many such different areas that can allow as a
learner to gain the best level of work proficiency (Holloway, 2017). The
entire module was totally a learning experience that could guide about skills
and efficiency an individual required in order to achieve the best level of
work efficiency. Among all other skills' communication skill is one major
learning entire module could deliver. The major reason behind learning in
this module was the way tutor engaging all the time with students and all the
participants of the learning module. Tutors was also keen to solve all the
doubts and issues of the learner. IN case of learning to solve doubts is the
best thing tutor can do along with giving the best level of guidance as a
tutor. If the professionals do not solve doubts of learner than the entire
essence of the module becomes nil. Being a learner in the module it is
important to show the enthusiast towards the learning and also to interact
with the tutor over a regular basis than only as a learner maximum level of
outcomes and advantages can be entertained out of the learning campaign.

In this entire learning the bets outcomes was probably the communication
skill.
Effective communication skill and its importance
Communication skill is the art to interact with other individuals.
Effective communication skill is about to convey the message with other
individuals. Communication is only effective if the sender of the message
could convey the text to the listener in the same way it was intended at the
earlier stage. Effective communication significantly required to gain the
maximum level of knowledge as a learner. Communication skill is the key
tool or the driving element that can give couple of exposure as a learner to
gain knowledge and experience. While attending any seminar or the lecture
communication and especially the effective communication is the best way
to interact with the tutor and take guidance over solving all the doubts and
issues in the entire learning module. Due to the keen communication ability
all doubts as a learner could address by the teacher (Hsu, Lee and Chen,
2017). Regular interaction helped in getting the best support from the tutor.
IT also support in putting the views as a learner in front of the tutor as many
times being a learner innovative ideas also came that can also put in front of
the entire class or the session. Effective communication also support in
interacting with other students and teachers participated ion the learning
campaign. IT can be demonstrated that due to the effective and active
communication ability bets learning outcomes could be generated.
Reflection over future challenge and expectations
As a learner I get to attend the learning module. The entire experience
of learning module was effective and supported in achieving the best level of
learning outcomes as a learner. Due to the entire learning module I could
develop my communication skill and efficiency. In the future, I will face
plenty of challenges that will be required strong mindset to achieve the best
level of outcomes in against to attending such challenges. I feel that in future
I will get to face challenges related to decision-making, delegation, problem
solving challenges and many such challenges or issues that would play a

hurdle role (Lancer and Eatough, 2020). Many times I will also get to face
criticism at work place irrespective of my fault. Career growth is also a huge
challenge that I will get to face in the future. In my education life, career and
also in personal or professional life I would challenge at a constant level.
I am expecting by attending all different future challenges I would get
to develop my personality and efficiency in the best way possible. AS an
individual challenges make you more competitive and competitive to sustain
in the healthy competition. Due to effective production and universities
every years thousands of new professions deliver from these universities
that is creating extra challenge or pressure to perform the best of my ability
(Schussler, 2019). Future challenge is one element that can allow me to
showcase my ability and work efficiency. I feel that these challenges is a so a
key path to grow as an individual and professional. I am expecting that due
to all different challenges I would face in my academic or professional life I
will get the best level of exposure as an individual. This also improve my
confidence and self motivation level to get myself back in any serious
condition or situation.
CONCLUSION
Communication skill is a key ability that allowed as an individual to
convey the views and opinions to other. This ability support in delivering the
exact message to other as sender want to convey to all listener. In future
different challenges such as delegation challenge, decision-making
challenge, problem solving and many such challenges that will be faced as
an individual that will further support in developing as an individual.
